Liberia Works is provided to facilitate employment, recruitment, and workforce compliance. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit inaccurate, falsified, or misleading credentials, profiles, or job postings.
• Impersonate any individual, organization, or Ministry of Labour official.
• Post spam, duplicate listings, or unauthorized promotional content.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security, data, or operation of the system.

2. Accounts and Security

When you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. You agree to immediately notify support of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

3. Employer Responsibilities

Employers posting job vacancies or accessing applicant databases must adhere to fair hiring practices and Liberian labour laws:

• Job vacancies must represent actual, active employment opportunities.
• Employers are solely responsible for verifying the credentials and right-to-work status of applicants.
• Permit applications and employee filings must comply with Ministry of Labour regulations.

4. Ministry of Labour Authority

The Ministry of Labour reserves the right to review, edit, suspend, or remove any account, job posting, or profile that violates these terms, Liberian legislation, or the public interest. The Ministry may also suspend or terminate access to the platform for users engaging in abusive or fraudulent activity.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Liberia Works is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain accurate, up-to-date postings and high availability, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or continuous uptime of the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Liberia.
